洽谈区虽然简练，但仍可窥见些许雍容华丽的风味，三组洽谈桌椅特意采用了高档面料和皮质材料，局部金属装饰，皮质特有的温润舒适的手感增添了亲切感，定制的家具及灯具，精细花纹和金属装饰显得现代而华丽。每组之间摆放了一个沙发背几，背几上面的铁艺雕塑也是精心挑选出来的，墙面及立面采用天然大理石，局部采用了木饰面和中式的装饰纹样，整体空间运用了大理石、铁艺、皮革、银箔、不锈钢等材料，强调简约的质感和简单利落的布局，完美的表现出了ART DECO精致尊贵和奢华。
